Abstract: This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in corporate governance, focusing on how AI-driven corporate finance can enhance decision-making ethics and transparency. It delves into the potential of machine learning and process automation to streamline financial report- ing, improving accuracy and efficiency. The use of AI in developing predic- tive models for financial performance is also examined, showcasing its role in informed strategic planning. By leveraging AI technologies, corporations can achieve better governance practices, promoting ethical standards and transparency in their operations. This study highlights the critical role of AI in transforming corporate governance through improved financial oversight and decision-making processes.
