August 30, 2026Β – final deadline for full paper submission (full paper submission is only required if interested in publishing the full paper in the conference proceedings or conference partner journals; otherwise, the abstract is sufficient)
October/November 2026 – selection of papers for publication in partner publications: journals and monograph for the ERAZ 2026 conference
February 28, 2027 Β – publication date* of:

Registration fees
For all categories of participants (individuals from academic and scientific-research institutions, business sector, government sector, public administration, chambers of commerce, postgraduate students, undergraduate students, unemployed, and others):
βΒ 260Β β¬Β β Publication ofΒ one full paper up to 10 pages (A4) in the conference proceedings or selected papers, one certificate of presentation or attendance in e-form for first co/author (will be delivered via email after the conference), participation in all conference sessions for first co/author,Β other publication and organizational costs.
βΒ 215Β β¬Β β Publication ofΒ one abstract in the book of abstracts, one certificate of presentation or attendance in e-form for the first co/author (will be delivered via email after the conference), participation in all conference sessions for the first co/author,Β other publication and organizational costs.
βΒ 170Β β¬Β β ParticipationΒ without publication, one certificate of attendance in e-form (will be delivered via email after the conference), participation in all conference sessions,Β other publications, and organizational costs.
β 80 β¬ β Accompanying person, participation in all conference sessions, and coverage of organizational costs.
Attention: TheΒ costs of the money transferΒ by bank wire transfer and PayPal are to be covered by the participants; otherwise, participation in the conference will not be allowed. β

Pay with a credit/debit card using ourΒ PayPalΒ account; no registration is needed.
Co-authorsΒ who wish to attend the conference and/or receive a certificate are obliged to pay aΒ 215β¬Β co-authorΒ fee.
In case there are more than three coauthors, for each additional coauthor,Β 30β¬ will be addedΒ to the overall registration fee amount.
If a full paper exceedsΒ 10 pages (A4 size), each additional page will be subject to a charge ofΒ 20β¬.
Authors who fail to adhere to theΒ full paper formatting instructionsΒ provided on the page propositions and guidelines will be subject to a fee ofΒ 35β¬.
For payments from Serbia (only for Serbian authors), participation fees are as follows:
- 25.280 Serbian dinarsΒ for participation with full paper publication,
- 22.880 Serbian dinarsΒ for participation with abstract publication only,
- 19.880 Serbian dinarsΒ for participation without publication,
- 9.300 Serbian dinars accompanying person,
- 22.880 Serbian dinarsΒ coauthor fee,
- 3.500 Serbian dinarsΒ additional author fee,
- 2.300 Serbian dinarsΒ for the publication of an additional page (after 10),
- 4.180 Serbian dinarsΒ for thoseΒ who fail to adhere to the full paper formatting instructions.
