She studied Applied Statistics at the Faculty of Economic Informatics, University of Economics in Bratislava. She obtained scientific degree of PhD. in the scientific program Statistics. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the Department of Statistics at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she teaches subjects such as Statistics, Economic Statistics I, Economic Statistics II, Methods of Statistical Comparison, System of National Accounts.
She is the Head of section of social, economic and demographic statistics. In her scientific activity she specializes in the application of statistical methods for modelling and analysis of socio-economic and demographic indicators in the Slovak Republic and European Union countries.
She is co-author of two monographs abroad, two college textbooks, two scripts and more than 50 papers in domestic and foreign scientific journals and collections.
