Abstract: Any organization, whether it be a commercial or a non-profit orยญganization, must perform the duty of sustainable development manageยญment. This is so that they can thrive while upholding the ideals of social reยญsponsibility and meeting the demands of a modern public management sysยญtem. The management of sustainable development is directly related to the promotion of global responsibility leadership, and this relationship ultimately leads to a change in corporate culture. This transition entails promoting susยญtainable acceptability and commitment at all levels of the organization and viewing performance through a sustainability lens.
