Abstract: In today’s organizational environment, wellbeing management plays an essential role in creating a productive work environment. This concept could be a primary consideration at all stages of policy development of an organization. In order to be able to exploit the labor force as much as possible, a manager should also put special emphasis on what the employees want, more precisely on what makes them happy. This article aims to present a com- prehensive wellbeing model designed for organizations that includes five key dimensions the authors considered essential: Physical Wellbeing, Emotional Wellbeing, Social Wellbeing, Financial Wellbeing and Psychological Wellbeing. This proposed model is drawn from the analysis of other wellbeing models established in the specialized literature and it aims to enhance employee health and satisfaction, ultimately driving organizational success. The implementation of a structured wellbeing management model would only bring benefits to both the employer and the employees.
